Why Therapy?

Therapy equips you with tools to address your concerns, manage stressors, and overcome obstacles.

The result? Stronger relationships, healthier behaviors, and a more fulfilling life.

Working together……

At the core of my personalised approach to therapy is the knowledge that everybody is unique and that their therapeutic roadmap should also be tailored.

My approach is from an integrative perspective, meaning I include different therapeutic modalities, including Humanistic, Gestalt, Psychosynthesis, Interpersonal, Expressive Arts (Creativity, Art and Play), Solution Focused Brief Therapy and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) in order to meet you where you are at and work with you through your journey in a way that fits for you.

I advocate for the view that a successful therapy journey does not signify a person's cure, but rather their acquisition of the inner and outer resources to navigate life's inevitable highs and lows. My focus is on guiding clients to uncover their strengths and acquire new skills, empowering them to effectively address life's challenges on an ongoing basis.
